We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product development, roadmap development and market introduction in the robotaxi market. Based in the Netherlands, with close collaboration with US-based customers and our commercial team, this role is responsible for ensuring successful product-market fit, driving commercial outcomes, and shaping the long-term product vision.

You make the difference

As Product Manager – Robotaxi Market, you will lead the development and launch of our automated charging solutions, enabling the commercial team to meet their sales targets. You will ensure successful flagship deployments that drive framework contracts and scale-up orders, while also defining and validating the vision for autonomous AV hubs with key customers, including future services like inspection and interior cleaning.

 

Your contribution

  • Lead the development of an end-to-end automated charging product (HW, SW, Cloud) to meet specifications, cost, quality, uptime, and margin targets.
  • Ensure development teams deliver according to plan and make the right trade-offs between technology choices, scalability and commercial development.
  • Support the commercial team in achieving sales targets by active participation in commercial interaction (mostly in USA, digitally & face-2-face), acting as the product expert, ensuring availability of accurate product and commercial information, successful demos and other solutions enabling sales.
  • Establish a scalable commercial formula (scope, pricing, terms) in alignment with the commercial team.
  • Deliver a commercial vision, roadmap and initial offering for autonomous AV hub services with key customers.

What you will bring into Rocsys

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management with complex, multi-disciplinary products (hardware + software + services).
  • Background in mobility, EV infrastructure, robotics, or adjacent industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring new products from concept to market introduction.
  • Experience working directly with international customers and sales teams.
