Rocsys is scaling and we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our US team. Do you have a passion for marketing and are you someone who likes to stay current with emerging marketing trends? Then read on!


You make the difference

As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting content development, leading campaigns, coordinating marketing events, and developing US-specific marketing strategies. You will work closely with our sales, product teams and HQ Marketing & Communications department to ensure that the marketing and communication efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Your contribution

In this role, you:

  • Support content development for US tradeshows or events, PR for US news, and US-specific product content;
  • Create and optimize content for social media, blogs, website, press releases, abstracts for exhibitions and other marketing materials;
  • Content development for US tradeshows, events, PR for US news, and US-specific product content;
  • Lead the coordination of 2-4 marketing events, including congresses and exhibitions, submitting abstracts. and manage contractors as needed;
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns. Collaborating on campaign ideas, developing creative assets, setting campaign goals and objectives, and measuring the effectiveness of the campaign;
  • Lead 2-4 marketing events by coordinating congresses and exhibitions, and managing contractors as needed;
  • Initiate US-specific strategies that may differ from global strategies;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and HQ Marketing & Communications to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives, and customer needs;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as creative agencies and event planners, to ensure quality and timely delivery of services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and apply knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

What you will bring to Rocsys

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing;
  • Understanding of electric vehicle industry, infrastructure focus a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in a fast-growth context or similar scale-up, preferably in the technology industry;
  • International working experience is a plus.
