ROCSYS is growing, which is why we’re looking for our first-ever Head of People and Culture! Do you have a passion for scaling companies and are you an experienced and motivated pro who can handle all things HR? Then read on! 

You make the difference

As our talented Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for building out our teams in Europe and the USA from 50 to 100+ people! You’ll report to the CEO and as a key member of our international leadership team, you’ll play an important role in safeguarding our company culture while managing all HR-related processes.  You have a proven track record of successfully building, managing and coaching high-performance teams in fast-growth contexts or in similar scale-ups. 

Your contribution

In this role, you:

  • Define and drive strategic workforce planning, attracting and retaining top talent across all levels (including MT)
  • Work with the CEO and the management team to create people strategies, HR policies, and plans aligned with company goals and culture, including diversity and inclusion policies to ensure company growth
  • Lead recruitment for all positions across the company in Europe and the USA, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent
  • Develop and implement effective performance management & metrics system to support employee and business growth
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in Europe and the USA
  • Manage employee relations and develop training programs to support employee growth and development, as well as competitive employee benefits program to meet their needs and serve company growth goal
  • Define and promote our amazing company culture, values, and mission through everything we do, including our HR policies and practices, and build a support team over time as we grow!

What you will bring to Rocsys

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 8+ years of senior HR experience, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, culture, and benefit plan management, in a fast-growth/scale-up environment, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Europe and the USA
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a hands-on and builder mentality, and willingness to do whatever is required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Willingness to travel to the USA occasionally
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
